Our history
Demand for specialists booms, creating a gap in the market. This paves the way for Christina Just, who in collaboration with IDA's subsidiary establishes Capax Recruitment, specialising in IT and engineering recruitment.
Capax becomes Denmark's largest IT and engineering search firm and receives the Børsen Gazelle award for the second consecutive year. Capax establishes a new business area specialising in legal and financial specialists under the name Capax Finance & Legal.
Capax separates from Teknologiens Mediehus and moves to Nordhavn. Emil Plaugmann, who has been part of Capax since 2010, joins the partner group.
In line with the increasing pressure on the healthcare sector, Capax expands its competencies and begins recruiting senior healthcare profiles. Capax Healthcare is born.
