Capax is a specialist recruitment company with a deep knowledge of recruitment for IT and engineering-focused industries. We recruit IT specialists, engineers, and leaders and managers with a STEM background for technical positions. With a broad, comprehensive network among relevant companies and organisations in Denmark and abroad, we have an informed, detailed understanding of your career opportunities.
Our tools include a popular, large-scale database of candidate CVs and overview of relevant open positions. If you find an interesting open position, you are more than welcome to upload your CV. Your CV will become part of our internal CV database that is only accessible to our employees.
No matter your current job situation, and whether you are actively or passively looking for a new opportunity, you are welcome to upload your CV. You can also receive competent sparring on your CV.

The Recruitment Process
Should you be looking for new career opportunities, or just want to explore, you can upload your CV to our internal database. We have a number of passive candidates who are often considered for complex positions, and we recommend that you upload your CV here, even if you are not actively applying.
After you have uploaded your CV to our database, should a relevant career opportunity with a match to your profile description arise, you will be contacted immediately. Here you will hear more about the position and your options.
Once you as a candidate are contacted by a consultant and find the given position interesting, you will be invited for an informal conversation about the job in question, with one of our experienced recruitment consultants.
Should there be mutual interest between you and the company, the next step in the process will be an in-depth dialogue. Here, one of our consultants will have a chat with you about your wishes and expectations. Subsequently, the next step will be to be introduced to the client, anonymously if desired.
A recruitment process at Capax typically takes 5-8 weeks, and as a candidate the process will look like this:
