History

2010

Demand for specialists is booming, creating a gap in the market ready to be filled. This paved the way for Christina Just, who in collaboration with IDA subsidiary, Teknologiens Mediehus, set up Capax Recruitment. Specializing in IT and engineering recruitment and working closely with Mediehuset, this will be the base for building Denmark’s leading specialist search house

2017

As one of the country’s fastest growing companies, Capax becomes Denmark’s largest IT and engineering search house, and receives for the second year in a row Børsens Gazelle.
Building on its success with technical specialists, in 2017 Capax establishes a business unit specializing in legal and financial specialists under the name Capax Finance & Legal. The new field proves to be a great success and later this year, this part of the company is independently established. Today, we have one of the strongest consulting groups in the country, specialized in law and economics.

2019

In the desire to pursue the potential that was the basis for the start-up of the new specialist fields, Capax separates from Teknologiens Mediehus, and moves to Nordhavn.
Emil Plaugmann, who has been part of Capax since 2010 and helped build the company from scratch, joins the partner circle in 2019.
With strong credentials as a specialist search house, Capax is once again expanding our business. In line with the increasing pressure on the healthcare sector, Capax is expanding its competencies and starting to recruit heavy healthcare profiles. With one of the country’s most talented consulting teams behind them, Capax is launching their new area; Healthcare.
