The recruitment process
We continuously receive interesting positions — for example at the Capital Region's intensive care or anaesthesia departments. If you are contacted by a Capax consultant and find the position interesting, you will be invited for an informal conversation.
A Capax consultant contacts you about a relevant position. An informal conversation about opportunities and fit.
If there is mutual interest, a consultant will have a deeper conversation with you about your wishes and expectations.
Your profile is presented to the client. We prepare you thoroughly before any interviews.
We follow up both during and after your placement to ensure everything is going well for you and the client.
A permanent recruitment process typically takes 7–8 weeks from first contact to placement.

- Family members with Nordic citizenship do not need to apply for family reunification
- You must apply for medical authorisation in Denmark — apply here
- We guide you through registration and health insurance applications
- Set up a NemKonto via Borger.dk for payments and taxes
- You and your family will be offered a language course as part of the integration process

From EU countries
- As an EU citizen you need an EU residence document as proof of your right to live and work in Denmark
- You may stay in Denmark for up to 3 months — extended to 6 months if job seeking
- For longer stays: apply for EU registration certificate with SIRI

- We guide you on registration, health insurance and tax matters
