Capax only registers information that you yourself provide to Capax, including name, address, phone number, date of birth, marital status, professional experience, courses, education, certifications, leisure interests, language skills, references and any background for the desired job change.

The information is used to present you to companies seeking new employees. Capax discloses the following personal data to companies seeking new employees: name, city/municipality, age, marital status, professional experience, courses, education, certifications, leisure interests, language skills, references and any background for the desired job change.

Validity of the agreement

The agreement is valid from the time the candidate approves that Capax stores their data. The agreement remains valid until the candidate withdraws their consent.

Candidate rights

The candidate has the right at any time to request from Capax access to, rectification of, erasure of, or restriction of the processing of their personal data. You can contact Capax at contact@capaxrecruitment.com.

The candidate has the right at any time to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency.
