About the Intensive Care Unit
You will become part of a large, well-functioning intensive care unit with a strong interdisciplinary culture. The unit provides care for up to 12 intensive care patients at a time, coming from various specialties, including medical and acute care.

Most nurses in the unit hold specialized training, creating a strong learning environment with structured knowledge sharing and peer support.

The team works with:

Your Responsibilities
As an intensive care nurse, you will:

• Provide care for critically ill patients
• Work with advanced monitoring and high-tech equipment
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams
• Support and guide relatives in acute situations
• Contribute to professional development and quality improvement in the unit

About You
We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Has experience from an intensive care unit
• Thrives in a complex and unpredictable work environment
• Maintains calm and overview in acute situations
• Is collaborative and engaged
